“Started taking this a month ago, every night before bed and the results have been outstanding. Better nails and hair Skin looks more hydrated cleaner and plump I don't feel so sluggish in the mornings anymore. Highly recommend it, don't expect results on a few days you need to invest into this and see the results overtime. H&G also send you an email how how to use the product and also provide a guideline to when you will staet seeing results.”
