“Ive been using whey protein shakes recently but even the sugar free version can taste sweet if you follow ketogenic practice, so i use a much smaller amount of whey protein to reduce the sweetness and add a good dollop of kefir or yogurt and 20grams of collogen pep and it tastes much better.”
