“Have been taking this collagen protein powder for a couple of months. It's so easy to mix into water, coffee etc and is practically tasteless. As a fit, but nevertheless 'mature' person, I'm anxious to maintain my body in as good a condition as possible. I've already seen a difference in my nails, so feel confident that the other benefits, ie strong bones, good skin etc will follow.”
