Hey, Thank you for your review - we are sorry to hear you have had an upset stomach and bloating when using Bovine Collagen. If you have not used Collagen before we would recommend adding this to your diet slowly. It may be that a sudden change can cause you to have a upset stomach. Starting with 1tbsp or less and gradually building up to the recommended 13g / 2 tbsp over a period of 2 weeks is ideal. We do have many customers who can utilise collagen daily (up to 4 tbsps per day) with no negative side effects, but each of us is unique. The collagen itself is simply 1 ingredient and is free from chemicals, heavy metals, bulkers and thickeners etc. So sorry again and please always reach out to our customer services team by email at realfood@hunterandgatherfoods.com who are always happy to help with any questions. “Easy to dissolve in water hot or cold, it has a slight taste but actually goes really well in my coffee every morning, it seems to be working as I am seeing results after 3 weeks. I will be ordering again”
