“As a post menopausal woman whose hair was falling out, nails kept tearing or snapping off and generally feeling pants, I decided to try this product about a year and a half ago, gulping at the price and not feeling very hopeful... well, actually, feeling pretty sceptical... about it. I was proven wrong in that scepticism. My hair became thicker, my nails were less of a problem, my skin looked better, my stomach felt better... these improvements were noticeable after a couple of months taking it. I didn't take it for about 5 weeks this summer because I was away in fields working and I am now still catching up as my hair became thinner and my nails got brittle again. Really interesting. If I ever get blasé about whether or not it works, that 5 weeks showed me that it does, so even if I have to beg, steal or borrow the money in the future, I will make sure this is one product I keep in my diet. :-)”
