“I thought I’d try this powder form of collagen, I had been taking a capsule. It’s easy to take in my green tea in the morning . There can be a little taste but it’s not over powering so hasn’t put me off yet. Collagen is definitely helping my skin, hair and nails feel as strong as they always have, they were starting to weaken.”
