“Absolute rubbish, the box states that it has ITV hub, but the box does not - I am now informed that it has been removed from all Humax boxes, including those that already had this facility.
I will not be purchasing any more Humax products for my clients.”
“Menu can be sluggish at times. Other than that it is an excellent piece of kit. Lacks fast forward or rewind (uses jog a set number of seconds) and also slow motion.”
“I've used Freeview before so set up was fairly straightforward. The page payouts have changed a bit but are fine. It's a pity other apps / players aren't available ie Prime.
One issue is that when trying to activate the ITV Hub app, I got a screen message saying that it wasn't available.

“I purchased a Humax FVP-5000T Freeview player and once you get used to it after using another Freeview player it is good
I have a sony Bravia tv and a sony home cinema surround sound I have linked the Humax remote to work with my sony products by looking up sony codes for universal remotes, the only problem is the Humax remote will only turn the tv volume up and down it will not connect to the home cinema volume so have to use two remotes?
Otherwise well happy with my Humax purchase.”
