“I purchased this in the hope it was as good as previous models but was sadly let down. I tried 3 units and each failed to connect to Netflix, wouldn't record or freeze rewind live TV. Awaiting collection and credit. I have never been let down by Humax previously, but would suggest they explain why these problems are occurring.”
