“We had a paroblem with the ist unit sent out in that we could not receive Granada channels. I spoke to Bethan who very quickly organised a replacement. My husband, who it was purchased for, thinks its fantastic as its a peice of technology that he can actually use. We already have a more modern unit in the living room but it works slightly different but once you get used to it, it is easy and simple to use and set up. Very pleased with the product and would have given 5stars except for the problem at the beginning.”
“This was received in good time and looked in good condition. On setting up it took sometime to get it working ok. Then discovered it had to be switched on in order for the t.v. To operate independently. So had to provide seperate aerial connections. Next on a casinos it lost signals to some channels and required fiddling with aerial connection where the socket was a bit loose. On emailing 3 times and telephoning twice to Humaxdirect I got no replies so I contacted there main site who were must apologetic and gave me instructions to fix the problem.
Result is appearing to be ok so far !!
