“My son started diet and when I received my order it was already moulded I emailed them with the pictures and they got back to me asking about the expiry date on the pack it doesn’t matter what date you made the expiry date it was moulded when I got it”

I'm ever so sorry to hear that your recent experience with Heylo didn't live up to your expectations, we take negative feedback very seriously and we hope to be able to resolve your query as quickly as possible.
Typically, we will always ask for the expiry date on a mouldy product just in case the date has already passed. We will then offer a refund or replacement on any fresh products that have in fact gone mouldy before their expiry date.
