For me I won’t be ordering again as feel size of loaf is inadequate.
I did however enjoy the seeded flat bread/crackers”
Heylo slices are smaller than other conventional bread as they are packed with protein and fibre. They do however weigh a similar amount to a thin white slice. Let us know if you require any further info.

“This is a really flavoursome bread which is as versatile as ordinary high carb bread from the supermarket.
It's a smaller loaf that helps cut down your portion size if you're trying to reduce your food intake, the bonus being it's as filling as eating slices of bread that are twice it's size. Mail order is very fast and it comes in a lightweight recyclable box. You can freeze it and keep what you're using in the fridge to keep it fresh.”
