“I've been on and off keto since I was 18 (I'm 38 now). I always lose weight, get really focused then fall off because I get so bored of scrambled eggs with no bread or trying to pretend that lettuce is a good substitute for burger buns (it's not). Keto food is all wet stuff like: meat, veg, salad, fish, cheese, eggs, etc. There's no crunch. There's no texture but this bread changes that because it toasts really nice.
I have 4 slices in the morning (Scrambled egg on toast or spam sandwiches, etc), it's what I'd eat if I weren't dieting. It toasts really well because it's quite thick sliced (albeit it a little a shorter than normal bread). I even use it as a base for keto pizza.
I have a 3 loaf subscription (a sentence I never thought I'd say ha). If you go the subscription route set it up for mid week, so the delivery doesn't get disturbed by bank holidays. I freeze 2 loafs when they arrive and get them out a couple of hours before needing toast or 6 hours before wanting a sandwich.
My only complaints are... the first and last slices tend to be wafer thin, tiny slivers, that you couldn't really count them as a slice. Other than that, this is a total game changer.
I do a dexascan once per month to help track my weight, etc. It's basically a fancy weighing scales that tells me how much muscle mass and body fat I have. I wish I could post a picture of the results. Since finding the keto bread, I've dropped from 54kg of body fat down to 37.8kg and I recon in 3 months that will be closer to 25kg at the rate I'm going. Meanwhile, my muscle mass isn't shrinking because I'm getting tons of protein from this bread and the fillings I put in.
I honestly couldn't recommend it enough. The customer service team helped me move my subscription from Friday to Wednesday too. They were quick to respond even though it was bank holiday.”
