“Although small slices, they are mighty filling. Ideal for toast as can top with lashings of scrambled egg, or as a quick breakfast. It's a lovely dense bread, ideal for toasting but not tried as a sandwich, reckon it would be a real mouthful. Next day delivery by Royal Mail should have been Saturday (didn't arrive) but they did delivery on the Sunday so very pleased. Order packed 19/07/2024, use by date 06/08/2024. Popped into the freezer and defrost as needed. First time buyer and will come back for more. Better than making keto bread, tried lots of recipes and Heylo solved it for me. “This seeded bread is my 4pm treat! With a hot drink and a slice or two of the seeded B loaf, I can keep to my diet AND satisfy any cravings I’ve had with the choice of spread. A little honey, or pate, satisfy both sweet or savoury tooth and the bread feels VERY filling and nutritious. Plenty of seeds and no need to take insulin as my blood doesn’t change in glucose levels!
