“It’s carb free bread, and as such, not too close to a freshly baked wheat flour loaf. Having said that, I’m happy to have a loaf in the freezer for when I really need toast or a sandwich on a keto diet. There’s loads of seeds in this, and a slightly strange crumbly texture when toasted, but as far as very low carb breads go, it’s ok, but not something I’d eat daily. I’ll try the white next, but I expect the texture will be similar due to the fact it’s low carb”
