“The squish test was a little underwhelming, didn’t feel like bread or feel like it would have an nice chew however it was absolutely fine when eating it, certainly a good product and the carb numbers are impressive.
It doesn’t have the softness of white bread but if getting closer to that means higher carbs i would rather it stayed as it is, likely in the sweet spot for taste/mouth feel vs the numbers.”
“I love these!! I usually have them as a burger bun or a breakfast roll. I take one with me if I go out for lunch and just replace the ordinary roll with one of these. They freeze well which makes them easy to store. They are very tasty.”
