Hi Susan Thank you for the review. This is a service we like to offer all our UK customers because we appreciate sending items back can be costly and for £1.00 you receive the label with your order and can send items back to us at no extra cost if you find them unsuitable. I can appreciate not everyone will want to use this service but it is something we like to offer and we generally find the majority of our customers appreciate having this option.
