The ability to buy a returns label with the slippers was a good idea and although I haven't needed it, it's good to know I have it.

Should not.n3ed to pay for it. Noone will know before hand if they will need to return the shoes or not

Dear Claudette, Thank you for the review and I am sorry you are unhappy with the returns procedure. If I may I would briefly like to explain how our returns work. At present we do not offer free returns, but we do offer a service whereby a customer is able to purchase a prepaid returns label for £1.00 extra with their order. If you find you do need to return anything for a refund you may do so using that label and we will cover the rest of the postage costs. We do explain this in our terms and conditions which we ask you to read and agree to before placing any order. Dear Elizabeth, Thank you for the review and I am sorry you are unhappy with the experience you had and I can only apologise if you believe we have not handled this as well as we could have done. If I may I would briefly like to explain what happened. You called to explain you will be returning the item and did not have the returns label in the parcel. We explained this was emailed to you, unfortunately you were not able to print the label or take the QR Code to the Post Office to scan so you explained you will be returning the item at your own cost. We have issued you with a full refund for the entire order and can only sincerely apologise that you were unable to make use the of the label and do hope you accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused. Excellent idea - I have only had to use this once, but it saved me a lot of money from returning it through the normal Post Office channels.
