Thank you for your review. I've double-checked your order and it was sent with our Express Making service within the 2-day time frame quoted. From the tracking it looks like it arrived in 6 working days which is within the 5-10 days expected transit time for standard free delivery. We do offer express shipping with UPS, which is 2-3 working days after we have made your jewellery. I'm sorry if there was any confusion here.
