“Used this service many times, usually very happy. Accessing a personal taxi in September 2021 at Arecife was the only time I have had to wait for over 20 minutes to get away.
This is not normal and I am usually very satisfied with the service. I have booked a taxi again for November and expect the normal excellent service”

“Were directed to bus and then told to sit on it and wait…we had to sit and wait for 1 1/4 hours! We were never told when the bus would be leaving. It seemed we had to just sit and wait until the office told the driver he could go. The journey is normally 35 minutes at most but this journey took us 2 hours! Would have been quicker and cheaper to catch the local airport bus which we will be doing next time!”
