“Vehicle to airport did not turn up and company could not be contacted
Booked a private vehicle for journey to Lanzarote airport which did not turn up.
Called the emergency number on the voucher and after waiting several minutes on hold spoke to a man at Holiday Taxis who said he would call back but did not for twenty minutes and then said the company that had been contracted MTS Globe could not be contacted.
Had to walk half a mile to the taxi rank and paid 45 euros for a taxi and were very lucky to catch flight in time. Very stressful experience”
