“HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH HOLIDAY TAXIS COMPANY!!! I was expecting the shuttle bus to pick me up at 1am as mentionned in the booking voucher but surprise! A man was waiting for me with mercedes to pick me up. By what right! I didn't paid for this type of pick up!!! I refused of course because it's cheating and lying! and because I was afraid to live the airport at night at that time all alone. Just to clarify things,one day before, I called this compagny the change the pick up time from 1am to any time in the morning but they refused confirming that the shuttle bus is fully booked and they refused to refund me too. So I lost my money! nothing mentionned on the site is real! To sum up, don't book with this company, take the EXPRES AEROPUERTO AUTOBUS (good one) from the airport (the yellow one) with only 5€ and you will be dropped in the centre of Madrid!!”
