“Didn't get the private transfer we paid for. Instead had to wait 40 minutes after a delayed flight whilst driver located other passengers to share our so called private transfer. Holiday taxis don't respond to our complaint except for automated emails saying they will look into our complaint which they obviously aren't. Save yourself grief and money and get a taxi outside the airport.”
