On arrival, was unable to locate driver (flight arrived exactly on time). Half an hour later, and after 2 calls to local provider, he turned up. He then practically ran to the vehicle and left me to struggle with luggage. Local office were not very helpful, pretty much said "No" when I asked if they could update me on when he would arrive and where I could locate him! Vehicle was comfortable and the driver did get me to my hotel. First time I have had a negative experience with Holiday Taxis.
Return transfer was perfect.”
“booked a taxi to pick us up from the airport to our hotel and a return journey from our hotel to the airport at the end of our holiday.
The taxi from the airport to the hotel told us he couldn’t drop us at the hotel because of restrictions in the old city. We had to walk 600 meters (a 7 minute walk) in the afternoon heat with our cases using Google maps to find the way. When we got to our hotel we asked the receptionist about this and she told us the taxi should have been able to drive to the hotel.
Our return taxi collected us from the hotel with no issues.”
