“Disappointing Customer Services
Unfortunately I am posting a negative review for this company. I booked a transfer from Split airport Croatia, and my flight was significantly delayed. I sent a message to the out of hours number to inform the company of the delay. When my flight eventually arrived in Split, there was no driver, I called the out of hours number and was advised that the driver had probably left and to get a taxi myself.(The person said they would try to call the driver also but was happy when I called back and advised I had managed to get a taxi from the airport). I had to pay a very expensive taxi to my hotel and followed the instruction of the supplier to raise a complaint to seek a credit. I followed the instructions and have heard nothing back from the company which is very poor from a customer services perspective and I have still not received any credit.
(On a positive note, the return transfer went fine. I called a day previous and checked and was advised everything was in place)”
