“Met on time, but we were dropped off in the wrong place for our hotel. We questioned this with the driver who said it was down a lane on the other side of the road, which it was not. We had to get help from a restaurant who showed us the right way. It turnedout we should have been dropped on the next road over. Coming back we were picked up on the road by our hotel. We have used your company a few times before and this is the first time anything went wrong.”
