“Poor service from transport we booked. Taxi was half an hour late, no apologies, no excuses, blamed us for being early despite being on time and there at the agreed time. Dropped us at the wrong place for our accommodation leaving us to walk up lots of steep steps with heavy cases, not a pleasant experience”
