“Appalling. If I could give them zero stars I would. I received no booking confirmation, despite the fact that they'd charged my credit card. I checked my booking reference number online but it wasn't valid, and when I eventually got through to a human on the phone from the airport on the morning of departure she told me my booking didn't exist.
Her customer service skills were severely lacking and she said we just had to pick up a taxi at the airport and apply for a refund.
I was told I'd receive an email from holiday taxis but I haven't received anything.
I'm now waiting for a £128 refund plus we had to pay €60 for cabs to and from the airport (yes, half the price of holiday taxis!).”
