“Online service was fine. The way to the hotel was great. Friendly and nice car but the way back, the driver was late and there was no attempt to let the hotel know where he was. Leaving us anxious and having to figure out how to call the company to ensure we wouldn’t be late. Had we not eventually found the service and driver, I’m not convinced we would’ve been informed we would make our flight”
