“had to wait a long time at the airport before we were driven to the hotel, stood for a maximum of an hour, but was longer. got many emails in advance to confirm, couldn't find out where. same when we were going home, no place to confirm. got a sms the day before. was picked up over 5 hours before the flight was due to leave, so it was a long day at the airport. the drivers were nice, only spoke Spanish and we took twice as long as google map said even though we had picked up the last person on the bus.”
“They NEVER turned up to collect me from my hotel. After ringing three times I spoke to a lady, who kept me on the phone for 5 minutes before telling me they weren't coming for me and I needed to get a taxi through the hotel. I was told I could get a refund at the airport office, but as I was now late for my check-in I had no time to do so. I am currently waiting a response through their email complaints. I will NEVER use this company again.”
