“After paying for a private transfer on arrival at Palma airport I was told this had been changed to a bus with other passengers, no explanation was given. After being told we would be second drop off a journey that should have taken took 25 mins took 90 mins as there was other passengers to drop off. This was late at night with two children. I have emailed your company to ask for a refund in the price difference however after 2 weeks I have had no reply. I did not get what I paid for. Will never use this company again.”

Par contre vous ne répondez pas aux questions que nous posons.
Pendant mon séjour à Porto Cristo, j'ai réservé pour madame Legaz, sur son bon ce n'était pas précisé le Castell dels hams, impossible de modifier et vous n'avez jamais fait l'effort d'appeler ou d'écrire en français.
Une société comme la vôtre a bien une secrétaire bilingue.
De plus, au retour le chauffeur arrive 1/2 heure avant et il est désagréable du fait que mon mari n'était pas encore là.
Et 4h avant le départ de l'avion pour 45 minutes de trajet hôtel/aéroport c'est abusif.
L'année prochaine je vais me renseigner ailleurs

“I don't generally review as there can be all sorts of circumstances that may be specific to a situation and unavoidable however in this case I did feel the need as it was so incredibly poor.
We were arriving late on Sunday afternoon into PMI Airport in Majorca and as our hotel was one hour away we decided to book a Private transfer through Holiday Extra's to give us the most of our holiday. Our flight was delayed however we arrived within the 75min allowed under the booking at the desk we were directed to at the airport.
A 3rd party supplier is used in Majorca (TMT-Trasmedtour) and we immediately realised there was a issue when we arrived at the desk to find other groups of people waiting around and not very happy. We checked in at the desk and were asked to wait to one side for a driver.
We waited 15 min and asked for an update. They seemed confused and flustered and said they were trying to get a driver. We waited another 15 min and watched various drivers turn up and walk away. I speak Spanish and the heard the drivers say to the desk they would not take us 1 hour to our hotel as they were on their last ride and didn't want to go that far or they wanted a shorter ride. One driver waited around for a shorter ride and then left when there wasn't one.
After 50 minutes waiting & many conversations with the desk staff, another driver came and was asked to wait as he was to be sent out on another booking for people that were not due to arrive for at least another 45 min! Luckily when he (The driver) realised that we had already been waiting 50 min he said to the Desk that he would take us and they need to get another driver for the other booking even though the desk staff were not willing at first to allow him.
After 1 hour we were finally in a private transfer to our hotel thanks to this driver only.
In summary, regardless of the fact that you arrange a transfer and give all the flight details, locations etc... there is no actual Driver or private transfer allocated and they basically find you a driver when you arrive if they can, in our case they could not which after paying £130 for a private car is completely ridiculous. I would say it was 1st come first served but its not even that when drivers turned up and walk away. The Agency and desk staff at the airport used are incompetent and when we said after 45 min, we were better placed to get a taxi, the lady said.... yes probably, why not get a taxi and then claim a refund back. Unbelievable.
I would say this could be a one-off however when I discussed with the driver, the one that actually stepped up and took us, he said it is always the same and sometimes worse.
Not a great start to the holiday considering the only reason for booking a private transfer was to make it easier for us not worse.
Awful organisation, no link between the agency, the supplier, the booking or the drivers which all appears completely random. Better off getting a Taxi.”
