At the time I booked on line, the area for a phone number did not have the prefix code for USA. I was concerned so I emailed several times trying to have someone let me know what I was to do. After several times emailing but never receiving an answer, I contacted Inturotel who told me Holiday Taxis would contact me via email. I thought this was poor customer service from Holiday Taxis since I paid and could not get an answer to my question.
The invoice states the bus will wait an hour, we waited at the airport about an hour and a half before heading out to transport people to their various hotels.”
