“We booked and paid for a premium car return trip.
First trip was on time and very comfortable.
Second trip was booked for 8pm, we received a call at 8.05pm to state the car was cancelled and to make our own way to the airport. We had to find data i with 2 small kids and suitcases.
This cost €120 at our own expenses.
Still waiting on a refund. I contacted the company but received an automated response to say it has 28 days to responses as per their SLA.
Poor service for a premium charged product.”
