“Transfer was easy to use - but took a long time! 2 1/2 hours in total.
We arrived at JFK at peak time/rush hour so not surprised at heavy amount of traffic from JFK to Manhattan. Should be noted that this was also the weekend of New York marathon. Bus and driver were excellent -”
“The return supershuttle was organised via the concierge at the hotel, he contacted them on wednesday and got email confirmation to say they would pick us up on Friday between 6.45 and 7.00pm outside hotel.
On the friday we waited from 6.40pm and nothing by 7.15pm, we got the conceirge to call supershuttle, they told him they were just round the corner and be 2 minutes. They turned up at 7.40pm.
The traffic was horrendous and we didnt get to the airport till 8.45pm.
We got on the bus and it was so full with luggage that we had to climb over suitcases to get the last two seats at the back of the bus. When we arrived at JFK the driver went to another terminal before ours with us knowing that our flight was at 11pm and everyone elses was at 12am. Michelle had to tell the driver that our check in was now and we need to be at our terminal. The driver was very rude and said we should of been at our pick up earlier. She also whilst driving told us to move to the front of bus, which made us have to climb over numerous suitcases, which we consider dangerous.”
