“The company we had booked had gone out of business 2 weeks before we went on holiday. I received an email with the new instructions and company on. Everythjng went smoothly considering it was very last minute. However, a lot of other people at JFK claimed to have not received an email and had to pay again. It was quite unfair and a list of names may have been better than email only. Again some people probably did not check their emails or had thought it spam so deleted it. But a back up list at the airport would have worked better. 100% for us though, no problems what so ever. Both drivers there and back were great, women on the desk were very efficient and great value for money. Would book again.”
