“Service was amaying on arrival , but then i was waiting for an email to confirm when the puickup time will be , i had to call from reception, then all was fine, thank you again!!! :)”
“My husband and I arrived at our holiday destination Bodrum Airport to find that they was no driver to pick us up. The man at the help desk was no help at all, even though we should him reference and confirmation from holiday taxis he said that as he did not receive confirmation he was unable to provide us with transport. I used up £20 of my phone data trying to call holiday taxi but with no avail, also after waiting for 4 hours we had to take a taxi and pay £120 to get to our destination. Which we later found out that we were robbed and it should not have cost that much. The man at the help desk was absolutely no help at all and just kept ignoring us. I have contacted Holiday Taxi but they have totally ignored us. I will not be using HOLIDAY TAXIS EVER AGAIN!”
