“Sorry I can’t give you a good review, but I phoned you to inform you that I needed a car with lift and was told to book on your website. I did so and as you can see on the picture I ordered 3 private adapted vehicles. At the airport I was met by your representative who told me that there is no adapted vehicle in this region. We had to go by a mini bus and had to lift the wheelchair into the bus. Heavy work (140 kg). And then we had to squeeze passengers and suitcases into the bus.
Going back was even more stressful. The driver arrived 1/2 hour late and then again we had to lift the wheelchair into the bus. The driver could not communicate in English and despite we were late he made two private stops. I am very disappointed with your lack of keeping your promise to send an adapted car for wheelchair. Therefore I can’t recommend people to book through you.”
