This seems to be working really well with my cat, easy to mix into food and he doesn’t seem to mind at all. The product arrived so quickly as well, thank you!

Purchased this liver tonic to support my cat with inoperable bladder cancer and CKD to support him while taking metacam as this drug's side effects affect all the organs this tonic supports, as well as to support his liver while his kidneys are compromised. The milkthistle should also help support his cancer diagnosis. He seems very perky and gobbles up his food when I add this to it. I thought I'd try with with my other cat to support his IBD, he's not as enthused to eat it, but he does and his symptoms have improved greatly too.

So happy and thankful Healthful Pets offers the Adored Beast range here in the U.K. Added this to my dog to support him, starting him off with a lower dose and building up slowly. He is a really fussy eater but he’s shown no fuss having the drops offered to him on food. Offering it on food to give him choice while feeding of whether he would like to have it or not. Highly recommend the Adored Beast range and Healthful Pets who are an amazing U.K. company. Always speedy delivery and excellent products. Thank you.

I changed to this liver support after I found out the one I previously used wasn’t helping. Since switching to this my dog has had bloods taken and it is definitely working, so I’ll continue to use it while my dog is taking meds. I would have given it 5 stars but given it says it will last 30 days based on 48 drops twice per day, when it lasts less than 2 weeks, I gave my review based on this.

Hi Amanda. Many thanks for leaving this review. However Adored Beast have clarified the reason why you could be using the product too quickly. "At the beginning of Covid, we, like so many other companies, ran into major supply chain issues. Our previous provider of glass, graduated droppers was no longer able to fulfill our orders, and thus we had to move to non-graduated droppers. And this presented a problem. Multiple tests determined that because everyone applies different pressure to the bulb when dropping the tincture, there were disparities in total drop amounts. The total mls fluctuated depending on that pressure. One person’s 16 drops could be very different from another’s. The issue then becomes, if someone does very small drops, and their animal needs 16 drops, they may not actually be getting the full recommended dose. So, to mitigate the issue, we increased the recommended drops to the average we were dropping to meet our recommended dose. This way, every animal, regardless of the pressure used to administer drops, was getting enough of the formula to meet their needs. It’s a very, very gentle formulation. It was formulated to support bodies that needed to be on chronic medications, so it was created in a way that it would not be harmful at all if it needed to be used regularly. So, even if an animal gets a little (or even a lot) more than recommended, there would be no issue at all. If you’ve previously used Liver Tonic and know that your beloved beast does well on 16 drops, go back to that. That is their sweet spot. You know best what works for your animal, and I would recommend continuing with a protocol that best suits them. Please know that we are still working hard to find a better solution for this. This is not ideal, but at least we know that each dog is getting what they need. We’re meeting challenge after challenge, but hope to have a permanent solution in the very near future. " So please experient using less pressure when dispensing the liver tonic to achieve your pets “sweet spot”, as detailed above. We will be in touch to discuss this further with you. Kind regards Kay
