“Appalling! Received delivery on time and with a friendly service from the courier and thats when it all started going down hill, fast. On inspection on the turf more than 20% was damaged beyond use. 50% of the supplied turf was vastly inconvenient matting thickness where some was just 5mm and the other end was over 30mm. I emailed the customer service email provided with no response for 2 weeks now. I gave this grace period but feel people should be warned about the poor service this company is providing.”

“I set turf during a warm spell so struggled for the first few days had patches of brown even though watered. Soon bounced back when cooler weather arrived. Needs plenty of water when hot, lesson learned.”

“Unfortunately the prodict was delayed due to shipping problems. This meant that the turfs were older and have sice laying struggled to look there best.”

“Our Order was delivered on a pallet and the driver was able to use his small pallet truck to deliver from kerbside to front gate which helped us immensely. Super quality turf, much better than turf previously sourced elsewhere. Would definitely recommend.”
