“Product received in excellent condition. Has survived this very recent hot weather with loads of watering and is beginning to take root and grow. Delivery driver arrived approx 2 hours later than expected.”

“Appalling! Received delivery on time and with a friendly service from the courier and thats when it all started going down hill, fast. On inspection on the turf more than 20% was damaged beyond use. 50% of the supplied turf was vastly inconvenient matting thickness where some was just 5mm and the other end was over 30mm. I emailed the customer service email provided with no response for 2 weeks now. I gave this grace period but feel people should be warned about the poor service this company is providing.”
