“I used the rapid roots fertiliser before laying this the Jubilee turf. Turf laid end of March 2026. As the garden soil was on the dry side when the turf arrived, I gave each section of soil where the turf was to be laid a watering first, as it seemed the correct thing to do. The turf arrived in top class perfect condition. After laying, I gave it all a good watering with the sprinkler and did this a for a few days after. Not every day as some days it was still obviously soaked from the previous day. Now it is 1 day short of two weeks since I laid this Jubilee Turf, I’ve had to give it the slightest mow ie on a high setting, as it is growing so fast. I tested first by gently trying to lift a few of the corners and I felt resistance which tells me it’s started to root so is safe for a high cut. The turf has greened right up and is growing really fast, in fairness it was really green and in perfect condition when it arrived. The joints have nearly disappeared already. It’s not super thick yet as it’s only just been down 2 weeks, but I am absolutely over the moon with just how well it has taken. I assume that the addition of the Rapid Roots Fertiliser has also helped give the turf that boost it needed. The only downside is, I’m going to be out mowing the lawn a lot at the rate it is growing at the moment.”
