“Unfortunately very poor quality, poor customer service and did not accept the product was not satisfactory. Didn't take any steps to correct the concerns. Turf from general stores like bnq and homebase are better quality and durability. Avoid this company.”

“The delivery was straightforward and hassle-free. The installation was also uncomplicated. Two weeks later, with regular watering, the grass is lush and green. I highly recommend turfonline to anyone considering installing turf themselves in the future.”

“I was little scared after reading reviews on Google but Very high quality turf. The grass is super green smooth soft and very well looked after. Fresh green grass and delivery on time with care. Definitely recommended.”

“I cheked prices of turf local to KENT and I found prices cheaper outside of county. I did my research online and Turf Online came up on top and as I was saving money I thought what have i to loose? Turf came as promised and I was really impressed with the quality. Glad I made this purchase and would really recommend!!”

“From selecting the provider, through the order, delivery and ultimately laying the turf it was a smooth process and communication was good. The quality of the turf was clear when it arrived - just our luck it was a warm day & we were not able to lay it until the following morning! So we packaged it up with reflective insulation to keep the heat out, then covered it with some spare cut up tone bags we had to prevent moisture loss as much as possible. Our efforts paid off & after laying all 50m2 of the stuff (with 1 roll spare, thanks to the online calculator), we followed all the advice & guidance to help it ‘stick’ & grow. A superb quality turf, some bits still had worms in (bonus!), and after a month or more we’re delighted with the result.”
