“Unfortunately my experience is not good. The grass arrived very late in the evening and was very hot, like smoke was coming out. It was kind of in yellow color. Seems it was there in the closed truck since morning. Since this is my first experience I was not knowing anything about it and hence I did not complain just after the delivery and rather went straight to the garden to lay it along with my builder. When after waiting for 2-3 days I did not see the green patches then I reported it to the customer care but I have been told now that I should have reported it immediately rather then waiting for 3-4 days. I am also being told that I should have opted for a delivery slot by paying extra rather then waiting for the default slot which is 8am-8pm. My grass arrived around 4.30ish. On my refund/replacement request I have been told that it is not possible and only option is that they can offer me around 20% odd discount if I would like to order it again which is weird.”

“Excellent service from when I first contacted Turfonline and spoke to a very helpful employee to delivery of the turf. The quality of the turf was excellent and my new lawn looks amazing. I would highly recommend.”

“Lovely grass delivered on time. Driver spilt blue paint all over the road which has been brought onto the drive by having to use the cars. Wont come off. Tried to contact via facebook but messeges are being ignored.”
