“The ordering where you have to find a 3 word address location by visiting another website via a link that did not work then refusing to allow the order to proceed without the information is absurd and unnecessary when you have a house number and a post-code, I had to refresh and restart the process 4 times taking over 30 minutes to place an order. Your telephone helpline lady was abrupt would not let me speek and unhelpful.”

“Turf itself is very good and first 2 orders were fine. 3rd order disaster - turf did not arrive on specified day and only, after repeated chasing, arrived at 3.30 on re-arranged day by which time top layer of stacked turf was dried out and required much work to restore it. Very sad that a previously good experience was totally spoiled by apparently insoluble logistics problems at Harrowden.”

“Amazing quality. We are very pleased with what we received. It was a print delivery in the morning. The garden is looking amazing. It’s now a week and the turf is thriving. Thanks.”

“Delivered in excellent condition. Very harmonious blend of different grass varieties. Very even appearance to the turf. Looks great. No yellowing and easy to lay. Highly recommended!”
