“Arrived more than 24 hours late, with no apology or explanation. The supplier has not even been in touch to acknowledge my contact with them - never mind to communicate about the delay and how to handle it. The turf is tired and yellowing - probably because it has been sat in a van for more than 48 hours. Extremely poor customer service. UPDATE: The company have now contacted me to say they will refuse to refund should the turf die - which it may well, due to being delivered more than 24 hours later than arranged, and therefore having sat in a van for over 48 hours. They have also refused to refund broken soil bags which resulted in several bags of soil being lost. This is despite the courier company admitting to us that the pallet was broken, causing this damage. Don't buy from this company - it's a scam and the customer service is terrible. They take no responsibility - offering an 'apology' but no refund for unusable and broken goods, and not even any consideration of refunding should the turf die due to their own mistakes. They are not to be trusted at all.”

“Had a poor customer service experience with the lady on the phone and I was going to leave a really bad review. However, the quality of the grass was really really good and at the end of the day that is what I am really interested. Could communicate a bit better in terms of delivery times, but Iike I say, main part of the transaction, the turf was great quality, has settled well and was half the price of other turf I have purchased, but this is better.”

Hi Paul, thank you for the review and I'm pleased you're pleased with the turf. Being able to confirm delivery times is proving to be quite challenging at the moment as more of the country comes back on line and shops are looking to re-stock.

“I've never laid turf before but this seems to be excellent quality, 3 weeks on from laying it looks perfect, not a weed in sight. friends say it looks like a perfect carpet!”

“Good and efficient service and delivery - with the driver really going extra step to help with off-loading on a narrow street. Turf is lush and green and went down brilliantly and has taken nicely. If you need turf, this is the turf to take.”

“Being in my 70s I have laid quite a lot of turf. I have to say this was one of the best I have ever laid. After only a week and watering every other day it is growing like mad. Both the base staff and driver were very helpful”

“Good Quality Lush green sward, came complete with very fat worms. After ten days or so after laying, you would have thought it had been down for ever!”
