“turf loosing its colour when delivered, on 50% of the rolls one side of the turf had been scalped by the mower the other half the grass was long and not been cut, this was along the length of the rolls. many of the rolls were not square at the ends resulting in having to cut the ends from 50mm to nothing. I was going to ring as i wondered if i had been sent the bog standard turf by mistake. Turf was laid straight after delivery.”

“Good quality turf, but only half turned up. Customer service seemed to have no idea what was going on in the warehouse or control about getting us an express delivery. Took a day off to lay it and the second half turned up a week later. Oh and we paid for early delivery and the half that did arrive, turned up late. Will avoid in future”
