“The product is good. Customer service is poor. I tried to have an email dialogue (their choice) about poor delivery service, quantity and variability of meadowmat sent. A phone call would have allowed me to understand a little better about the complaints/questions about the products I was raising but I was palmed off. In my opinion, this company is not “striving” to improve. We perhaps might have bought more if their “customer service” had been more genuine.”

“Delivered on time and easy to lay. As I unrolled it the smell of herbs was wonderful and within48 hours of laying it many off the flowers were standing up. Early days yet but very pleased and very excited about what the future will bring.”

“The turf arrived neatly rolled up and was delivered to my house at the promised time on two pallets by a fork lift truck. It was in excellent condition and sprung up very soon after it had been unrolled. Although it is late in the year, I already have poppies, clova, corn flowers and ragged robin visible. I look forward to the spring.”

“Delighted with it, very thickly sown and no dead plants. Been down a few days and starting to stand up. Obviously early days but confident! Arrived on time in good condition”
