Harrier poles- love them. I’m not a runner, but love walking, initially struggling to do 5k due to balance and Pain issues. I have a hip replacement, back issues and a dodgy knee. These poles have changed my life - now easily doing 20k and 40k fast walks 3 times a week. They are so slim but so sturdy. The video on how to use them effectively was fabulous and really supported my use of the poles. Love them!!

Another brilliant product from Harrier. Easy to use quality item and the information video/course that you receive with the purchase is an excellent example of a company offering excellent customer service. If you’ve never used poles before you have nothing to worry about as the instructions given are second to none. Thank you again Harrier!!!

I love these. They fit comfortably into the bottom of my Harrier running vest. The video was very informative. Now I've used them a few times, I wouldn't run without and can put them up and down quite easily. I would say, I'm 5ft6 and have them on the lowest setting (less than 110) and find the hand straps slightly too big. But they work well for me.

Great, apart from the frayed strap.

It took both myself and my wife a little while to work out how to ready the poles for use - more our poor interpretation of the instructions rather than the instructions being complicted or unclear. My wife has used the poles a couple of times now, and though it took her a while to get used to using them, she now finds them really helpful in her running.
