“Bought the Catbells adjustable poles just before a very wet and windy trip to the peaks. Having never used poles before the video they sent me after purchase was invaluable in getting the most out of them. What a difference they made, in some very difficult conditions they performed fantastically and made a huge difference when defending and ascending in a very wet and muddy environment. Great test for them and they passed with flying colours!!!”

“Absolutely love the Harrier Catbells - I've bought this set for my son who borrowed mine in the Lakes last weekend - I've used mine trail running for the last two years and given them some real hammer including all over the chamonix valley for the last two summers, all over the Lake District fells and a tough solo hike to Helvellyn in the snow. Light but very robust!”

“Arrived as a replacement as RM lost the first ones sent out. Harriers customer services was great and got the replacements sent out quickly. Not used yet but pleased with the colour and how easy they are to adjust. Watched a video on how to set them up. Look forward to using them soon.”

“I got these walking poles for mountain hiking in the Swiss Alp's and they have revolutionised my hikes. I got them to support my knees on the downhills but they are also great for the uphills and provide some extra safety on some of the more scrabbly walks. Love them!”

“I am an experinced nordic walker and wanted travel poles that would fold into my rucksack. I looked at cheap online ones but was sceptical about quality and how robust they were. You don't want a failure when leaning on them on a steep slope! These Harrier Catbells aluminium Z poles V2 are excellent at a sensible price. The devil is in the detail, as they say. They are slimmer and lighter than most, the height adjustable mechanism is more robust than others, the handles are well shaped and the straps a better quality than others I have looked at. Even the rubber feet supplied are a softer, better quality than others and the metal tips longer. The fact they are height adjustable, aluminium and so light would make them the ideal choice for most people. Oh, and excellent videos showing you how to use them. Hightly recommended”
