Have not tested over any distance but looks solid and assembles super quick.

Great product. Needed some poles for my 100 mile ultra and they worked exactly as I’d hoped. Really easy to setup and to put away, comfortably did it without thinking whilst running - would definitely recommend.

The lightness of these poles blow my mind even at 125cm. Super light, sleek and smooth to operate.

Brilliant walking poles, you won't be disappointed. The only reason for the missing star is that I think they can be improved. My three suggestions for imporvements: 1) Extend the foam grip just a little down the shaft and taper the end, rather than the abrumpt square end 2) Increase the radius of the baskets by 3.5mm to make them function better in mud/snow. 3) Fix the middle section to only extend the slack in the retaining chord (technically the clear sleeve part) such that the middle section stops midway. This would mean that when folding for stowage, you can hold the bottom section and retract the top inner sleeve fully, then the middle section is clear of both the top and bottom sections everytime and ready for folding, rather then having to remove it from one and then the other before folding. I kinda feel bad not giving it 5 stars, but since I feel there's room for improvement, I felt I had to give it 4. Full disclosure - I'm using as a walking pole (rather than a trail running pole) and whilst I love it, I have a slighly different design that I would prefer, happy to discuss if you get in touch.
