“Wonderfully helpful. I contacted as i had a pair of harrier poles and i have a 100k mountain ultra coming up. In my recent runs the poles had been folding while using them and the butten kept getting jammed. The team helped me try to sort this issue and when we couldnt, they replaced them swiftly and in time for my event. Couldnt be more thankful.”
